Where it started
Built by engineers who lived the problem
Will-Fill began as an engineering effort to solve one recurring problem on the shop floor: the manual, repetitive work of topping up and monitoring metalworking fluid. That same focus still drives the company today — from the team that designs, builds and tests every device near Leuven, Belgium, to the distributor network and service teams supporting it in machine shops worldwide.
Will-Fill was founded by Pieter and Dirk, and the current generation of the device, Will-Fill DDx, is dedicated to Dirk — a nod to the engineering drive that got the company off the ground.
Our facility
Developed and manufactured near Leuven
At Will-Fill, we are true pioneers when it comes to automated coolant management. As the first company ever, we combined mechanics, fluid dynamics, electronics and sensory equipment to create a fully automated, Industry 4.0 device. The idea for Will-Fill originated on the shop floor, where high-precision parts are being machined for more than 35 years now. We were struggling with coolant management ourselves, so we decided to solve our problems once and for all.
At the headquarters in Belgium, the device is developed and manufactured. The complete production, assembly and testing happens at our own factory near Leuven. The head office is in the same location, where our Commercial, Service and Support teams assist customers and distributors worldwide — for direct customers, every activity is handled here as well.
We're proud to be represented by different companies in a global distributor network, where every partner has a strong link with our products, allowing them to create extra value for customers by offering premium, automated coolant-management solutions.
