Will-Fill DDx is a fully autonomous device, installed on a single machine's tank in the process configuration that matches how critical that machine is — AP or CP. Adapted to fit a large range of setups that all share a single denominator, high-precision, DDx brings stability to the process through precise dosing of water and oil — whether it's one machine or several, each with its own unit.
For a fully centralized multi-tank cell, Will-Fill AIO AP supplies up to six machine tanks from one feeding point. The convenience of a single point of concentrate storage and water connection is combined with distribution of the correct mixture for each machine individually.

Will-Fill DDx AP installs directly on one machine's tank and takes over the daily routine of keeping it topped up — monitoring fluid level, concentration and temperature, filling automatically to the correct oil/water ratio, and conditioning the emulsion on a regular cycle. It's the right fit for a single machine, or for a few machines that each need their own independent, autonomous unit. pH and EC monitoring are available as an optional add-on.
Will-Fill DDx CP offers everything DDx AP does, plus the extras that keep interruptions to an absolute minimum: a standard oil level sensor, an advanced water-stop sensor, a full reporting package and a service agreement. It suits a single machine running a critical process, and also lends itself to central systems — a single tank of 10,000+ litres feeding 10+ machines. pH and EC monitoring are available as an optional add-on.
Will-Fill AIO is built for large-scale installations with multiple machines, each with its own coolant requirements. One feeding point supplies precisely tailored emulsion to up to six machine tanks, with continuous level, concentration and temperature monitoring, active circulation from a shared oil/water source, and real-time alerts across every connected tank. Although being a centralized system, it supports each tank having its distinct parameters regarding concentration etc.

One device, built to fit your process
Every DDx unit installs directly on one machine's tank and runs the same autonomous measure – analyse – fill – condition – report cycle: continuous fluid level, concentration and temperature monitoring, automatic filling to the correct oil/water ratio, and periodic re-mixing and aeration of the emulsion. pH and electrical conductivity (EC) monitoring are available as an optional module on any DDx unit. From there, choose the process configuration that matches how critical the machine is: AP or CP.
DDx AP and DDx CP will be replacing the earlier NEO & ION (SD/MD) models.
