Fokker Technologies — today operating as GKN Aerospace Fokker Landing Gear — is one of the leading global aerospace specialists that designs, develops and manufactures highly engineered aircraft systems.
They integrated Will-Fill in their certified production process to reduce the workload by automated topping up and automated data caption. But there’s more: Will-Fill will notify when a process reaches limiting values, and will keep managing and monitoring the emulsion even when production is in standby.
Through the integration of Will-Fill, Fokker Technologies reduced the human error. There consumption of emulsion dropped with about 26% and the lifespan of the metalworking fluid increased.
